At linguatech we are pleased to offer you access to the Service, subject to these policies and conditions, in addition to the Company's Privacy Policy. By accessing and using the Service, you express your consent, agreement and understanding of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this, please do not use the Service.
Information is received in the following ways:

4. Payment Agreement
All users of the Service must first accept the Terms and Conditions of Service, and complete a payment authorization. You agree to pay for all Buckcenter Español Content that has not been obtained through a promo code or that the Company has not offered to you free of charge.
4.1 Refund policy. After five (5) days from the date of purchase of the Course, payments or charges made are non-refundable. Any refund that the Company must make to you will be credited to the credit card or instrument that you designate the first time you make a purchase or incur a charge for the Service.
4.2 Causes for cancellation and refund:
• Illness: In case of illness duly justified with a medical certificate certifying it, the possibility of reimbursement or rescheduling of the course will be evaluated.
* Visa problems: If any problem arises related to obtaining or renewing the visa, each case will be analyzed individually to determine the viability of a refund.
* Major causes: In situations of duly proven force majeure (natural disasters, political conflicts, etc.), the possibility of reimbursement or transfer to a future course will be studied.
* Other causes: If you have any other situation that justifies your cancellation request, we invite you to contact us to analyze it personally.
4.3 Cancellation procedure:
To request cancellation of a course, you must send written notification to espanol@buckcenter.edu.ec indicating the reason for your request and attaching the corresponding documentation (medical certificate, visa rejection notification, etc.).
If canceled more than 30 days in advance, only $US60 will be withheld for administrative fees and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is within 30 days prior to the course, or after starting (including the first day), the entire course fee will be forfeited and there will be no refund. However, a credit note will be offered for future Spanish lessons, valid for one year.
5. Modifications
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through a notice on our website or through direct email communication.
5.1 The Company's right to change these Service Policies. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Service Policies at any time, without prior notice to you, but without affecting your then-current contract. In the event of any material change, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you. We recommend that you check these Service Policies periodically for changes.
